Ever since I can remember, I've always love art and craft and by the time I was in grade 2, I knew I wanted to do something creative when I was a grown up. It also helped that the family business was graphic design and printing - from the age of 3 I was using Apple computers!
After high school I completed the Brighton Bay Art, Design & Photography Program 2002 to build up a comprehensive design portfolio and further develop design skills. In addition to being a really fun year of making, creating and designing, I graduated the program with a top folio Award for Excellence.
I then went on to complete a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) 2005 which included classes in Graphic Design, Typography, Advertising, Photography and Digital Design. During this time I began working part time for the family business as a part time Graphic Designer. After I graduated I became a full time design consultant, working with clients to to achieve the outcome they desired.
In 2009 I planned a move to Los Angeles and began working freelance. The projects I take on are varied but for each I take the time to understand the needs of the client and each individual brief to ensure the solution and final design product fully reflects their message and fits their budget.
